Engineered a full-stack internal automation tool using Next.js (SSR), Redux, TypeScript, and Node.js, deployed on AWS EKS and Lambda; optimized page load times by leveraging Server Components to handle heavy AWS resource orchestration and data-fetching, cutting account setup support tickets by 25%.
Optimized real-time streaming data within the PlayStation console UI by engineering a TypeScript message-batching queue and a custom React throttling hook, stabilizing frame rates at 60 FPS and reducing component re-renders during high-frequency WebSocket event traffic bursts.
Resolved a scalability bottleneck in a shared GraphQL federation schema by architecting an independent supergraph for the high-traffic PlayStation Rewards service, isolating it from common-schema contention and improving performance by ~50% while preventing cross-service impact.
Shipped React Native features across the PlayStation Mobile App and console while tracking TTFP, TTS, TTI, and FPS to maintain smooth, responsive performance.
Drove PlayStation App accessibility work, implementing WCAG-compliant features to ensure compliance with the EU Accessibility Act (EAA), impacting millions of users across the PlayStation ecosystem.
Built a custom native C++ audio processing module (bridged via React Native's native bridge) for real-time microphone and controller voice input on the PlayStation Mobile App, optimized for tight mobile CPU and memory budgets.

02/2023 – 07/2025

Owned features end-to-end on Connect, a healthcare SaaS used by 20k+ doctors across 45+ countries, building RESTful APIs in Node.js and PostgreSQL, consumed by a React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS frontend, and led React Native mobile development end-to-end.
Improved React frontend performance on Connect using list virtualization, cursor-based pagination, component memoization, and lazy loading of modules to improve TTFP (time to first paint).
Migrated real-time messaging to an event-driven WebSocket architecture, cutting latency 10% for 20k+ concurrent users.
Maintained 85%+ test coverage (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright) in GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime releases.
Designed a config-driven multi-tenant onboarding and ETL/migration system (Node.js, TypeScript, Terraform) that cut tenant onboarding from a full day to under 5 minutes by automating cloud provisioning and PostgreSQL data migrations.
